1. Acceptance
By using SwiftHome Solutions or engaging SwiftHome Solutions LLC for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Services provided
SwiftHome Solutions LLC provides homeowner-advocacy services, which may include consultation, document review, lender negotiation support, and referral to qualified third parties (real-estate agents, attorneys, or cash buyers). SwiftHome Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. SwiftHome Solutions is not a licensed real-estate brokerage, mortgage broker, or government agency.
3. No guarantee of results
Foreclosure outcomes depend on your lender, state law, financial situation, and timing. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including loan modification approval, short-sale acceptance, or foreclosure prevention.
4. Fees
Initial consultations are free. Any service fees are disclosed in writing before you engage us, and you are never charged an upfront fee for foreclosure-prevention services. Specific service agreements will define payment terms.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to communicate with us promptly, and to make your own independent decisions after weighing our recommendations. You acknowledge that you may also seek advice from a licensed attorney, HUD-approved housing counselor, or tax professional.

Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which SwiftHome Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration.
